I'm a newbie when it's about hackintosh, I try to build a config to be able to use capture one or adobe lightroom in a confortable way.
My macbook pro 13 (early 2013) is not anymore a beast.

After a successful test with a nuc7 to build an hackintosh using the perfect tools and scripts from @RehabMan, the nuc was throttling too much when working on my pictures. So I decided to go bigger with what I had close too me.

My config called "mini frank":
OS : Mojave 14.5
MB : Asus H170I-PLUS D3
CPU : Intel i7 6700 (Watercooled with corsair H100i Pro)
RAM : 2x8Gb of DDR3
SSD : Samsung 950 NVMe 256Go
GPU : Gigabyte Radeon RX VEGA 56 Gaming OC, 8GB
PSU : Corsair SF750 Platinum
WIFI : Bluetooth : BCM94360CS2 + PCIe adapter (on the way)

So after the successful nuc build I swap the ssd with Mojave and my finger cross i try to boot "mini frank", no luck.

I manage to have "mini frank" booting by removing the Vega56.
With it, it freeze at the the login screen.
The GPU is working fine with Windows

I tried all SMBIOS: iMac18,1 iMac18,2 iMac18,3 and iMacPro1,1

I attached my EFI.zip, and hope it's not too messy.
I wanted to send my boot.log but I don't know how to get it.
My NVMe drive is in an USB adapter, to boot on "mini frank", or change my EFI settings on my macbook.

Help and comments are welcome.

I feel so newbie, you first guess was right.
Did you change other thing than the SMBIOS ?

I have one question about it, what is more important for the SMBIOS, the chipset or the gpu ?
I was choosing the iMac18,x because of my similar GPU possibility.

Thanks a lot @paldo0771

your GPU is supported OOB so I don't think you need LILU and WhateverGreen kext for your system... I only change from Inject Kext=Yes to Inject Kext=Detect...

I have one other strange behaviour.

If I connect a computer screen to the GPU, it boot normally quite fast,
If I connect my tv directly to the GPU, it boot normally quite fast too,
But if I connect my tv passing through my home theater (denon X4000) to the GPU it boot until the login screen a bit slowly and then on the login screen it freeze and reboot.

How I get the boot.log to check what is going on ?
