Posting here for others - recently upgraded this build to 16gb of ram as well. I have an i7 chip on the way. Thanks to scrumpdaddy in the link below, and after much frustration, I found his post about putting "maxmem=15585" as a bootflag for clover. Otherwise the system ran like molasses with 16gb. All is great now with that flag. Makes a marked difference with 16gb ram. Also, here is my thread asking how to max this out. I think with the newer bios versions, 16gb was unlocked with the H67 motherboard.
