the factory offers a program to modify the parameters but only for windows, how can I do OC under MACos?

I need to change the values with the program provided by the manufacturer under windows and this configuration is saved if I start from macos? is there any way to do it without having a windows installed? through bios or alternative software? thanks

I have the same question. Looking for a way to do it under MacOS.
Regarding your second question, I think the changes done under Windows are not persistent. They will be applied by the software after each Windows boot, so they will not be reflected after you reboot into MacOS.
