which clover version do you use to install sierra?

I have a 980 with system definition 17,1. Sometimes when I install a program and reboot the screen goes black on both monitors... The only way to fix this for me is to disable SIP on config.plist: CsrActiveConfig -> 0x67

Then after one boot the system goes back to normal and can change CsrActiveConfig back to 0x3

Edit: latest clover and latest nvidia drivers.

what did you end up doing to get the colors back to normal?
I have 3 monitors.. and I can get the inverted colors on all Three or just one working with Normal color with the beta Drivers

it turned out in the display preference the panels with the inverted colors had change from using defualt scaling to "scaled" resolution and that somehow changed the color. so i changed the resolutions all back to "default for display" and boom the correct colors came back.

just checked for and update also and got this
i was on the 367.10.10.05b01 before this update
