Hi guys,
I have a Asus Strix 970 running the latest PB3 with latest drivers 367.10.10.05b01.pkg and have no luck :/ Ive tried booting with and without nvda_drv=1 and my card still isn't detected, this is with a clean install
I have 10.11.6 running perfect
Hope someone could help

Try booting up without drivers, then, in Terminal:

sudo nvram nvda_drv=1

After that, reboot again. That's what worked for me.

Go into the System Preferences > Displays > Display and make sure the Resolution button Best for display is picked. That worked for me.

Thanks Stork. In my case, I usually have to use http://resxtreme.com to set the 10-bit per sample colour mode (keep in mind you need a wide gamut display for this to work). It works great under El Cap, but seems like the drivers broke this under Sierra.

I've started a very circuitous conversation with NVIDIA's support team about giving feedback to the mac driver developers. It's… not going well.

Thank you :) I managed to get it working after doing that
