NvidiaGraphicsFixup just added a workaround for the UI lags in v1.2.5. am using the 161 driver and am getting no lag. Also with the new kext, even though am using 0x19120001 am seeing the 530 on my system information alongside my 1070. lol I mean I gained higher GT Ghzs so am not complaining lol. EDIT: forgot to say am still in 10.13.3 but am guessing it will work for 10.13.4
Yes NvidiaGraphicsFixup v1.2.5 is working on 10.13.4 with last Nvidia drivers Thanks for the info

Where can i download it?

I had to compile myself in Xcode from the latest files. You also need to place the latest Lilu.kext in the same directory so it builds for that version of Lilu.

The official release (pre-built) on github doesn’t seem to be available yet.

Edit: added link to the github repo.

This is great news. Is there any word on the cause of the lag and what the workaround is? Thanks.

Here you go
Just figures that the trouble is all sorted (for the moment) with Nvidia as I ordered a RX580 Nitro yesterday.
Thanks zappy39 for your attachment. I can confirm that 10.13.4 is running on my hack lag free w/ Nvidia Driver 387.10.10.10.30.103 & NvidiaGraphicsFixup v1.2.5. Now to decide whether or not to return the RX580....
