@tabarus: thanks ;)

I didn't install the web driver and power management works correct as i can see. I have a "inno3D iChill Geforce GTX 770 2GB". So are there any other improvements with this driver? Performance in games for example?

Edit: oh is see this problem only appears with 10.9.3? i have still 10.9.2. Should i update? ;)

OpenCL PM issue not fixed on GTX 760 as others are reporting. Updated to 10.9.3 and using updated 334.01.01f01 NVIDIA drivers. Ran LuxMark. Speed is stuck at 1.07 GHz as in the past, and won't idle down.

Nevermind, issue resolved. OpenCL PM issue is indeed fixed w/ 10.9.3 and new web drivers. However, I'm getting a prompt now that a CUDA update is required. Yet, there is no update. Anyone else seeing this?

We all see that... latest CUDA version is not compatible.
Let's wait for the new one.
Most important is that Power Management is being FINALLY fixed by nVidia :)

Finally i did the update to 10.9.3 but the result is the same. My power management ist working correct i got 135 MHz / 648 MHz on the desktop in HWMonitor. So .. are there performance improvements with the web driver from nvidia? Or should i let it as it is?

After 10.9.3 update, my second monitor (Dell) has random black flash (few seconds from time to time).

I have an Asus GeForce GTX 760 2gb, and two monitors (dvi Asus VS229 and displayport Dell P2214H).

Should I try this driver?

Thanks

Nope , it is still black flash (like one every hour or two). I will try to change my displayport cable with a dvi cable, even if I had no problem with 10.9.2.

I've updated successfully to 10.9.3 and then nVidia Web Drivers. My card is EVGA GTX 770 2GB.
I'm using Clover with binary patching, iMac 27-inch, Late 2013 definition and full UEFI boot (CSM disabled). Everything installed just like on regular mac.

1. Power management works. Previously my card was stuck at 1.11GHz/7.01GHz and now it throttles down properly to 135MHz/648MHz. I've been browsing web for an hour - Opera always caused permanent clock bump for me - and it looks like issue is resolved. Water loop is also 4C cooler.

2. Preference pane from nVidia always displays "OS X Default Graphics Driver" after reboot. I've checked that it loaded correct driver despite that. But after next reboot I was magically back on default driver (and cried after seeing that PM bug is not resolved :p ).

Make sure correct driver is loaded, it should report GeForceWeb:

Code:
kextstat | grep GeForce
  103 0 0xffffff7f82c08000 0x8f000 0x8f000 com.nvidia.web.GeForceWeb (8.2.7) <102 100 88 72 11 7 5 4 3 1>

To avoid surprises I've forced nvda_drv=1 in kernel options.

Could you please post your clover conf.plist ? I think I've the same problems you decribe, the Nvidia control panel doesn't stick with the driver, although I can see it loaded when using kextstat. The display port no longer works since installed the new driver. I'm yet to know if it is worth it after all comparing with the OSX driver...

I have 2 gtx680 in sli ( use in windows for play games and in mac for multiple monitors ) , gpupm work but in one graphic card , system detect 2 graphics but only work one of two, pne graphic no signal ......
