After many days searching and working on quadro 600, I got a solution to work 90% (VRAM still 512mb) :headbang:

My system:

Visão Geral do Hardware:

Mac Pro
MacPro3,1
Intel Core i7
3,39 GHz
8 GB
400 MHz

Quadro 600:

Quadro 600
GPU
PCIe
Slot-1
x16
512 MB (VRAM)
NVIDIA

SOLUTION:

1 - On Multibeast, find the PCIRootUID=1 fix, them fix that.
2 - Install CUDA and NVIDIA Retail Mac Driver (Nvidia Quadro and Fermi actualization)

worked for me.
Good Luck!

Why would you install ATY-Init.kext? Isn't that for ATI cards? I have to assume that you installed this on Lion, and not SnowLeopard, right? I'm trying to get my q600 working in SL, and so far all information points that I need to upgrade to Lion

I upgraded to Lion, ran the software updates, and everything worked after a reboot including dual screens. I did not have to download the nvidia/cuda installs or install kexts.

I did select the Nvidia options in multibeast under graphics and FakeSMC Plugins. That's it. It is only 512mb out of 1gig... close enough.

Is it with Graphics Enabler or without?

I made my Nvidia Quadro 600 working with
PCIRootUID=0 and GraphicsEnabler=Yes
I'm running 10.9.1

No need to load anything? How is the performance? Do you use FCP?
Thanks @eeaiou
