Is anyone has tested these GPUs with games because I just read a press article reporting that several games mainly working with OpenGL are not working with these GPU+Nvidia drivers?

I ran Rocket League in Steam for a while and it seemed fine.

Maybe FakeSMC needs an update ... /shrugs

That part of iBooks always works. The transparent window bug is actually when you try to open a book, which still may not be working with the new drivers.

Thanks you guys!

Can anyone please test if they can read ibooks - books with the new drivers + a 1060 / 1070 or 1080 card?

This has got me seriously contemplating a new Nvidia card. I'm currently using an Nvidia GT740 SC with my CustoMac. I'm not a gamer, but I would like to take advantage of my Cintiq's full 2560x1440 resolution with DisplayPort. A newer card would solve that. With the current card, I'm limited to 1920 x 1080. Which Nvidia model card would you recommend for someone like me who mostly does design / graphics work with Photoshop / Sketchbook Pro / Clip Studio Paint?

This is great news but it's almost a year later... kinda sucks. If Volta takes the same road then I don't know...

Try to look into the 1050/1060 cards. Or if you don't have a burning desire wait for Volta (20xx) which *could* be release in a couple months, then you can wait for a price drop on Pascal.
