Nvidia macOS Pascal drivers thread for GTX 1070 and GTX 1080

Right now my GTX 1070 is running with nv_disable=1 flag and the experience is less than pleasant.

The last I read was the driver support was coming along with CUDA 8. But was any ETA given?

How do you get it running with the GTX 1070? I can't get it to run at all with the 1070

In the thread Slim.Jim referenced, it is stated by me and others that you won't see the Nvidia drivers for the GTX 1000 series graphics cards until after the September 20 release of Sierra, and the drivers will be only for Sierra, not El Capitan and earlier OS X.
