My Build:
SuperMicro X8DA6, 24GB RAM, EVGA GTX460, Netgear wifi as Broadcom 4329, all ok after OSX 10.9.5, Cuda and Nvidia last drivers.
After many Blackscreen and flickering boots this solved for me.
Chameleon boot args:
-v GraphicsEnabler=Yes PciRootUid=0 npci=0x2000 IGPEnable=No
