Build:
Mojave 10.14.6 18G103
iMac (27", End 2013)

Intel i5 4670k
16GB RAM
Gigabyte Z97X-Gaming 3 Motherboard
NVIDIA Geforce GTX 1050 TI

Got the NVIDIA Webdriver (387.10.10.40.132). My triple screen setup works fine, I just don't have any hardware accleration it seems (Applications like WhatsApp or Discord flicker, can't start games e.g. World of Warcraft Classic, Hearthstone).

I don't have NVIDIA Cuda installed (I heard that this is only needed for Adobe Applications...)

Kexts, config.plist and some other screenshots are tagged.

Are some BIOS changes needed? I don't have any dedicated options for my graphics card though.

Would be grateful for any hint (Would give me the reason to do a solution guide for my build)

You're not going to get your nVidia working correctly with Mojave/Catalina as there is no official nVidia Web driver for Mojave/Catalina. Therefore, that's why video acceleration doesn't work. If you want to keep nVidia card then you need to roll back to High Sierra.
