Yes QE/CI works properly. The support in 10.8.3 onwards native and everything works just as it should.

I also was able to install the combo update from 10.8.2 and restarted without modifying any kexts and it worked fine. However, my audio (ALC662) stopped working and the updated 10.8.3 modified kext for it did not recover my sound. So I just decided to do a clean install with my updated unibeast USB stick, and now everything is working again (video and sound). Again, did not have to modify kext as you pointed out for my GT610.

Here the same, installed a Asus GT610 on a complete working 10.9.2 systemen en indeed the Graphiccard worked OOB but i lost the audio (ALC268-GR on Intel DQ35JO MOBO). In the sound options you can switch between HMDI-audio or Headphones (green front) but both didn't work. Installing de sound driver (VooDooHDA v.02.61) again wasn't helping either. Even after deinstalling it before. A new clean installation is to much work, aren't there other solutions?
