Thanks. Maybe it's because of a memory difference or firmware. I flashed my fw to make it have full UEFI support. That fw, as far as I remember wasn't official or modified version of an official fw back in the day. Maybe it's related to fw.
Yes, I think it probably is firmware related.
What I can suggest any 650 or 650 Ti owner, without telling them "IT IS NOT COMPATIBLE! GO GET A COMPATIBLE ONE!", just try it. What do you lose by trying, right? When I'm told it is not compatible I almost gave up installing hackintosh at all, then I searched a little bit and saw some people have it worked without any issue.
The 650 (Ti) is on the compatible list:

Nvidia Kepler Cards that are Natively Supported:
  • GTX 780/Ti
  • GTX 770
  • GTX 760/Ti
  • GT 740
  • GT 730
  • GT 720
  • GT 710
  • GTX 690
  • GTX 680
  • GTX 670
  • GTX 660/Ti
  • GTX 650/Ti
The warning about GK106 is for people that don't already own the card so that they don't purchase one that may potentially have problems. The GK107 cards never have the glitching problems if they are non-defective. From many posts I've read the GK106 cards are highly prone to graphics glitching. I see that more often than ones that have no problems. The caution doesn't say they will not work at all just that they can have problems and it's best to buy GK107/208 6 and 7 series cards instead from the used market. We do always expect everyone to do their own testing/verification for the hardware they have.

GTX 650 is natively supported in everything up to 10.14.6 Mojave, is this still the case in 10.15 Catalina? Have read some conflicting information.
It's working with Catalina 10.15.7 on macpro 2008 with GTX650 ti

Ok so I have a Gigabyte GTX650 which is running the GK107... is there anything I should do with putting this card in or can I just swap my already one I have which is a Gigabyte GTX645...

645 to 650? Woow! You'll have a huge performance gain with that! Joking aside, just swap it.

man it's a massive difference, the 645 is 1GB the 650 is 2GB, but thats not my main concern its just getting this thing to be able to show up in BIOS and bootloader... I have a HDMI to VGA convert im hoping might work at the moment or if that doesn't I was thinking of even buying a Gigabyte GeForce GT 710 2GB...

If it is GK107 then it is supported. There may be a problem in your config.plist or elsewhere causing this.
Having the boot flag nv_disable=1 in boot arguments can cause this problem with a supported Nvidia card.

Thank you !

Thank you! It is really for nv_disable=1,PC is perfect!
