I have successfully installed Sierra 10.12.5 on my PC. My PC has

MSI Z170A Krait Gaming 3X
Core i7-6700k
EVGA GTX 1070

I have installed the proper Nvidia web drivers for my card and the version of macOS, and for some reason the driver does not want to boot.

If I use nv_disable, it boots right up, but I don't have my Nvidia drivers, and when I do use the Nvidia web drivers, the boot stops.

The verbose mode gives me

OsxAptioFix2rv: Starting overrides for \System\Library\CoreServices\boot.efi
Using reloc bloc: no, hibernate wake: no
Error allocating 0x119a2 pages at 0x0000000004213000 alloc type 2
Couldn't allocate runtime area
Boot failed, sleeping for 10 seconds before exiting

Same Error for me , but my build was working and booting with no prob, im thinking its a hibernation problem.
