Got it. The previous version numbers made more sense since they reflected CUDA 8 or CUDA 9, etc.

No issues with the CUDA driver(s).
I did have issues with Nvidia Web Driver 378.10.10.10.25.156 (WindowServer high memory consumption).

Currently on macOS 10.13.4 with CUDA Driver version 387.78 and Nvidia Web Driver 378.10.10.10.25.106
Have not tried Nvidia Web Driver 378.10.10.10.30.103 yet.
 
I having this problem... it says there's an update, but then it says that there isn't an update? Go figure.
