I have High Sierra Build # 17G2208, but it's not in the list of Nvidia driver downloads. Where do I go from here?

Note: The GT 640 works out of the box with full acceleration with native drivers and NO injection.

Supplemental update (build number 17G2208) is limited to 2018 MacBook Pro models and is not available for other Macs.
There will be no Nvidia Web Driver for this build.

Update your system to the latest build - See https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/MacOS_High_Sierra#Releases
Or
Use nvidia-update - Simple way to install nVidia web drivers

I’ve tried the “Simple way to install nVidia web drivers”, to no avail. Graphics still suck, black margin around the viewable area... Attaching IOReg in desperation.

Also can't boot from SSD, have to boot from install USB drive.

Ok, graphics fixed using Clover Configurator, but still can’t boot without the USB.

Got it; disabled Inject_nVidia. All good now. Thanks!
