I just tested, if the iGPU in bios is turned on, whatever system definition or patch AGDP, the display will go black after boot sequence.
Disable iGPU in bios will allow me boot to desktop without problem.

If CSM is turned on, only HDMI works, must reset BIOS and reconnect to HDMI.
On my board GA-H270N-WIFI(bios:F3), the CSM seems to be turned on by default.
I need to switch to Win8/10 under OS, so the CSM disable/enable option will show.
Turn off csm, then switch back to Other OS(the option will disappear)
Save reboot.

sleep/wake no problem.
Triple monitor at boot, no hot-plug needed. (Just can't boot with more than 1 connection to the same monitor.)

I finally managed to get past the black screen, and my gtx 1080 Strix is recognized with all 8gb ram.

The problem was that I have three monitors connected, but for some reason it only get past the black screen with only one monitor connected.

Any with a triple screen setup, who has got it working with all three monitors connected?

OMG MAN!!! You save my life!!!

My GTX1050 was connected to 2 monitors and never got past the black screen until I see this post!!!
Now I disconnected one of the monitors and it works!!!

I just solve the problem. It was because I connected two monitors....
