nVidia 1070 Pascal glitches after Wake / Sleep on Sierra 10.12.6

Hi,

I'm having issues with my EVGA GeForce GTX 1070 SC GAMING Black Edition graphics card since my build is completed on Sierra 10.12.6 (16G1918)

Whenever I plug or unplug cables, adding a second monitor or anything else after the start of my computer, it doesn't work properly.

My most recent and annoying problem is this one :

1. My 4K monitor is plugged in HDMI
2. The startup works just fine
3. When the computer fall asleep ans then I try to awake it, there's a moment of pitch black and then some colour noise appears
4. I have to shut down + power up the monitor for the signal to come back normally

Do you have any ideas on why it's doing that kind of glitches?

I've switch my 4K monitor with a HD one and there no problems at all with this one.

Any ideas why a 4K signal wouldn't wake up properly from sleep?
