Hi!

Own a NUC7i7BNH and installed Mojave using the RehabMan guide.

Since this model has a Soldered WIFI decided to buy a OEM BCM94360CS2 with the M.2 Adapater. Here are the details and issue:

1. Wifi is working OOB but not Bluetooth.
2. Bluetooth works fine under Windows using BootCamp Drivers.
3. Tried the Permissions issue on this guide without success. Link: https://www.tonymacx86.com/threads/help-with-bluetooth-on-bcm943602cs-0x05ac-8290.215519/
4. Tried to remove the internal BT from Clover without success. LinK: https://www.tonymacx86.com/threads/solved-bluetooth-not-working-on-bcm943602cs.241677/post-1892040

Attached the required debug file to see if anyone can help sorting this one out.

Thanks in advance!

Joed

All,

I was able to sort this one by performing the following:

1. Modifying the SSDT-NUC7.aml to include HS05. USB Header where I connected the USB Port.
2. Include the following BootFlag in order to disable/ignore the internal Intel Bluetooth Device: uia_exclude=HS08
3. Followed the M.2 Board installation from here: https://github.com/sarkrui/NUC8i7BEH-Hackintosh-Build

Have a great day!

Currently having this issue with a NUC (same wifi card, same adapter), my first question is what cable are you using to connect the data from the adapter to the USB, and is it the internal USB port. Thanks!

I used the cable provided by the adapter and the internal port of the NUC. I used the image attached.

Thanks, I did get two cables, I am assuming you used the one with the exposed wires? Because the other cable is for a full size interval USB header on a motherboard and not a NUC.

That is correct. I soldered mine but you can buy the 4-pin JST 1.25mm (pitch) connected to the NUC internal USB2.0 connector.

Just wanted to give a huge thank you! Got everything working with the internal USB port, patched the SSDT, your screenshot was a huge help, The only one on the internet I could find with a solution to my problem! Thanks again!

EDIT: The only other thing I would ask is are you having any issues with bluetooth connectivity from a few feet away, mine starts to get choppy.
