I'm already running MacPro6,1 with the latest Kexts and shikigva=256.
Seems the video acceleration doesn't work but I don't get it since am using the apple's native drivers

If you look at the chart at
Various patches necessary for certain ATI/AMD/Intel/Nvidia GPUs - acidanthera/WhateverGreen
github.com
you'll see that nvidia with shikigva=256 allows various DRM decodings in software, but only when the
IGPU is disabled.
I can report that on my HP 8300 with an i5-3470 and an Nvidia Kepler GT730, I can disable the IGPU
in BIOS, and then I can software stream many HLS video shows in AppleTV such as The Morning Show
and Snoopy in Space when I boot with a shikigva=256 argument and SMBIOS is set to iMac13,2. I get
a similar display to your VideoProc display above, where it reports that H264 and HEVC are unavailable.
Accordingly, I can't play mp4 video files from AppleTV or elsewhere in this configuration.
I can also report that on my HP 8300 with an i5-3470 and an MSI LP RX 560 with IGPU disabled and SMBIOS
set to IMacPro1,1, my machines don't behave exactly as predicted by the chart. I can fully decode all AppleTV
programs with shikigva=80 or shikigva=144, but shikigva=16 or no shikigva doesn't work for me. VideoProc
reports Max Resolution is 4K for both H264 and HEVC with 80 or 144, and the HEVC videos like food fizzle and swordsmith play smoothly. I am not using any special kexts to enable the Baffin framebuffer.
I should note that I am running 10.15.3 beta and mileage may vary depending on your setup.
