What specifically do you need help with? Start by reading and following the Installation Guide. Your graphics card will require the Nvidia alternate drivers ("Web drivers") to get full resolution and acceleration. It's often helpful to do your OS X installation with the onboard CPU graphics first, then add the graphics card later.
