i5 2320 is not and Ivy Bridge CPU so you should need to run bridge helper, which will replace the OSX kernal with a modified version to work with those shinny Ivy Bridge 22nm CPUs.

The Via audio should work and you are safe to re-enable it. Disable USB3 if you don't have USB3 device(s) and any devices you don't need.

BIOS settings:
All enabled SATA ports = AHCI
ACPI Suspends = S3
HPET = 64bit

Prepare USB stick for Unibeast:
Format 8GB USB stick into 1 partition of Mac OS Extended (Journaled) and in "Option..." choose Master Boot Record.

Make the USB stick and reboot into OSX installation.

In disk utility reformat HDD into Mac OSX Extended (Journaled) and in "Option..." choose GUID partition table.

Install OSX into the new partition. Reboot with Unibeast when complete, combo update to 10.7.4, multibeast 4.5 and install any kext necessary.

Reboot to check what if everything is ok.

goto http://www.multibeast.com to get to know multibeast better will help loads instead of guess work.

Good luck
