Hello everyone, I built my very first hackintosh and it works quite smoothly at the moment. But I have noticed something that my SSD is not working as the others, when I measured my writing/reading speeds, I am getting very stable 1.500~ each writing and reading speed but I believe my reading should reach around 3.000 right? Does anyone has any idea that might be the cause of this? I mean I am fine with this but if it is easy to solve, why not? :)

Is this the 970 Plus variant?

I have two identical Samsung NVMes installed in my Hackintosh and one tests out approx twice as fast as the other. My guess is that it's to do with the sockets on the motherboard: according to the manual socket 1 supports up to 32Gb/s and socket 2 supports up to 16Gb/s. Could your motherboard be similar?

I think you need to stick it in next slot: M2A_32G. That's where mine is located.
