Not Booting Again

I got my Hackintosh working great until I needed to restart my computer. I have tried booting off of the USB key and off of the hard drive I installed Mac on. No success. How should I reboot it?

What installation method did you use? What Boot flags?

Sabertooth Z78
NVIDIA Quadro K2000
An Old Hard Drive

I installed using unibeast. I installed drivers using Multibeast. No flags.

What all did you install in Multibeast?

I just did quick or easy install whatever its called.

That was probably a mistake. Boot -v -f -x and post a screenshot of what happens.

I turned it on this morning and it worked. Do I need to leave the "Magic USB Drive" in the computer?
