My computer is G56JK, and I installed the WINDOWS and Ubuntu in HDD, while I installed the MAC in SSD. In HDD EFI file, there are WINDOWS boot loader file and Ubuntu boot loader file(grubx64), and relatively, in SSD EFI file, there is Clover file. It seems that it can show all boot loader disk image in Clover panel; however, every time as I boot my computer, it only show me the HFS partition. The only method to see all partitions is to restart my mac and go through the clover panel again. How do I fix that?

Make sure you don't have "fast boot" enabled in BIOS. Check your Clover bootlog for clues about which drives Clover is able to scan.

Checked. No fast boot in bios. How to check the clover booting? With bdmesg? If so, here is my computer bdmesg.txt. It seems like my clover cannot scan my EFI files in HDD(Windows and Ubuntu, both of them are not legacy mode). However, as I boot in Mac, it can find my HDD disk, and I can also read and write those partitions in HDD.

What do you mean by "EFI files in HDD"?

It means that my windows and ubuntu bootloader are in HDD. I am sorry for using the wrong word. It's the EFI file(including Microsoft and ubuntu files) in HDD.

I don't think Clover is seeing that HDD.
These are the volumes Clover is able to scan for loaders:
Code:
0:550 0:000 found 4 volumes with blockIO
0:550 0:000 0. Volume:
0:550 0:000 PciRoot(0x0)\Pci(0x1F,0x2)\Sata(0x4,0xFFFF,0x0)

Oh~~~, that's terrible news for me. How do I fix that? Lots of people like me use two disks, but how do they can see all the bootloader disk image in clover panel?

Check BIOS settings.
Check Clover scan settings.
