I feel bad because no one answered your thread from almost three years ago...

Anway you can probably get the Pentium working using FakeCPUID in Clover

https://clover-wiki.zetam.org/Configuration/KernelAndKextPatches

though it is a wolfdale processor ~ extremely old, so it might not work.

As for graphics, the 210 is compatible with El Capitan max, not sierra, by booting with GraphicsEnabler=Yes

As for how to install MacOS onto your PC, if you ever want to run El Capitan or Yosemite, you'll need to have downloaded them IN THE PAST, as they're not available to first time users anymore.

I would start with Snow Leopard, and work your way up.

Though Snow Leopard doesn't use Clover, it uses an old version of Chameleon. Wolfdale might or might not work on Snow Leopard since it is ancient software at this point.

Best of luck.

Clarify what brand your motherboard is. "Local company" tells us nothing.
The Pentium is not a very good choice. You can replace it with an Intel Core 2 Duo E8400 CPU for about 4 dollars on Ebay.
The 210 will not work with Snow Leopard so if you have to go that route get something cheap like a 8400g to
use in the short term.
