Noob first overclock - Performance/stability quest

Hi!

Just finished my first build! A big thank you to the community for making this place so plentiful in terms of knowledge
I am running a build with OS X El Capitan 10.11.6 / MacPro 3,1 Definition / GA-Z170X-UD3 / Boot version F06 / Core i7-6700K / GeForce GTX 980Ti 6GB / H60 Corsair Water cooler / Ballistix DDR4 2400 MT/s...

I am looking for someone to help guide me maxing out the performance of this build while keeping the system stable!! And honestly I know nothing about overclocking CPU or the GPU, or even tweaking RAM...

This system will be a pro video editing station under FCP7.

So far here are the scores I get on geekbench:

Anyone wants to mentor me on this ?
I'd like to understand a little about what I am about to be doing...
