Installed Mojave 10.14 on Lenovo Ideapad 100-14IBD-80RK (detailed specs in profile), everything is working flawlessly so far except after waking up, signs observed:
- Touchpad lag (ELAN driver), but laptop keyboard and USB mouse OK
- Launching apps OK, but can't perform further functions (eg: launch System Preference OK but can't go into any prefpane, launch Safari OK but can't finish loading any webpage)
- shutting down/restarting OK if performed shortly after wake. If performed 3-5min after wake, black screen forever.
- screen brightness change works before sleep, after wake, if change screen brightness, will see Apple Logo with loading bar, then log in screen, after typing password, laptop will be unusable (stuck, including all inputs)

Other details:
- Wifi card not compatible, removed (and repatched DSDT afterwards, attached is updated and latest as well)
- discrete GPU disabled in BIOS
- Battery status is ok and accurate.
- trackpad prefpane changed to ELAN driver recommended version
- disabled frame buffer port 2 and 3 (0 is laptop LCD and 1 is HDMI)
- HDMI as mentioned, changed to correct connection type in frame buffer settings (clover whatever green), HDMI works flawlessly
- IOPlatformPluginFamily.kext has X86PlatformPlugin patched to enable prefpane setting to change sleep timeout to none (no autosleep) --- UnifiedSleepSliderPref <false>

Problem reporting files attached.

Your kextcache output proves kexts are not installed correctly.
All kexts you need must be installed to the system volume.
Read post #2 of the Clover guide for details:
https://www.tonymacx86.com/threads/guide-booting-the-os-x-installer-on-laptops-with-clover.148093/

Also, don't patch X86PlatformPlugin.kext.

@ongtypc
where is the option to disable discrete GPU in bios?
Also, is there an option to setup DVMT in bios too?
I can't check it myself as i am only trying to help remotely.
