Noctua NH-D15S and Moving

Should I remove the Noctua NH-D15S before moving the computer to a new home? Or should I just place some foam spacers inside the case to limit any stress while in transit? I'm moving all of my studio gear in separate vehicle with TLC.

The Heatsink plus fans weighs about 2.53 pounds. so if you want a dropped pc case to have that 2+ lbs wrenching on your socket....

My uncle brought a system I put together for him on a flight in a carry on bag from New York to Florida with the NH-D15S installed and worked out fine.
