No ssd found in disk utilities

I managed to create the usb installer, but when I boot into it and try to use disk utilities to format my ssd, it doesn't show it in the devices list. There are only some disk images and the usb media I created. Did someone have the same problem and knows how to solve it?

My hardware:
Gigabyte GA-Z170X-Gaming 5
Core i7-6700K
Samsung 850 EVO 500GB
Crucial Ballistix Sport LT (32GB)
Gigabyte GTX 970 G1 Gaming

Is it showing up in BIOS?
 
Yes, of course. I have a working El Capitan installation on it which I would like to erase and install Sierra.
 
Can you tell what hard drives are listed, boot into the installer, open terminal and use diskutil list and post a picture or save a log of what has been displayed.

Its odd, the OS recognises that the HDD is there, what settings are you using in your configuration on clover?
