Based on the screenshot and the noted selections, no sound is the normal result.
Audio is configured properly and working.
What did you use as an audio source as IOReg shows no audio player?

I don't quite understand, how is it configured properly and working but yet I get no sound? As for my audio source I played music continuously on youtube as I was testing.

Thank you toleda!

See Post #1, Note: Dual booting OS X/Windows....

Wow, apologies for missing that note, thank you for pointing it out. Confirmed fixed!

As a note for anyone else that makes this mistake with Windows 10: Windows will default to the Realtek driver even if you force it to uninstall. Instead, go to the Realtek device in Device Manager > Update Driver > Select from Computer > Choose "High Definition Audio Device", this will use the Microsoft driver.

Thank you again Toleda, and thanks Tsunade for figuring it out.

Hi Toleda -

I was wondering if you could finish helping me with my Audio problem (posts 507, 509, 510). I've responded to your request for more info in Post 510.

Since then, I've found that if I use MultiBeast to re-install ALC1150 (AUD 1) the audio will work for a short time, but then stop working after a wake-up. Also, still having lots of sleep/wake issues that I hope would be sorted out by my Audio being fixed.

Ultimately, it seems that I need to properly remove VooDoo (not sure how to other than to delete Kext/Pref Pane) and 'properly' install ALC1150 (which I have through MultiBeast numerous times, but maybe I corrupted AppleHDA with earlier, improper installs).

thanks
