Pretty new here.. just getting started overall but I have no sound.
Also tried using the script to patch native HDA (reverted /S/L/E/AppleHDA.kext to original).
Followed this guide originally:

(Other people with this board have the same problem it seems like.)
II. Problem Reporting (post to this thread with attachments)
I am fine with reinstalling if that seems like the right solution. I just want to be sure this problem wasn't a known issue with Asrock boards or something small.

- Select: Drivers > Audio > Realtek ALC1150 > √ ALC1150
- plus √ Optional Optional HDAEnabler > √ Audio ID: 1

- My all messages section didn’t contain any output, so I looked through the others and pulled from system.log -> sound assertions
