Orange IOReg shows 1st Line Out selected and speakers connected to green
Black IOReg shows 2nd Line Out selected and speakers connected to green
What model speakers are connected? What audio is playing in iTubes?
ssdt is useless for your processor, remove.

Hi Toleda
I'm back on this after a 3week break, determined to succeed

IOReg carefully corrected - green, black & orange tested in correct sequence
***still no sound***
i am playing audio mp3 via iTunes through NAD amplifier and speakers - everything working fine with USB (IOReg attached)

SSDT removed - thanks for the tip

iTunes greyed-out issue solved - this was a result of clean install - first track played has greyed out control because iTunes is awaiting response to a question about install/network

latest clean install files attached - thank you again

Attach org.chameleon.Boot.plist.
pdf version of boot loog truncates long messages, attach text file.
Why Chimera 3.01?
Why Chimera 3.01? Because it was in the MB version I had on the UniBeast install USB when I installed Yosemite on this drive. It was backup of experiment - only had basic install and minimum required files for boot - just cloned it for testing per request at http://www.tonymacx86.com/yosemite-...mporary-guide-os-x-10-10-a-23.html#post909616

New install, latest MB 7.3.0 used. Installed your SSDT from post 454 and AppleHDA from post 458.
Still no sound. Attached all requested files from post 1 part II.

Still no sound.
Same, IOReg shows no audio source connected to the selected audio device.
Does the system boot without -f?
Try Orange/1st line Out and Black/2nd Line Out; reply with an IOReg for each
Are you dual booting with Windows? If yes, are Realtek drivers installed?
