Done. Native AppleHDA.kext Restored
Now Sound Device is lost again.

What do i do now please.

No sound on my MSI X58 x5650 system: no iTunes or VLC sound
This is my system:
1.Description of audio problem
No sound although sound/output is available in system settings, never installed windows before

2.OS X version/motherboard model/BIOS version/processor/graphics
10.12.6 / MSI X58 Pro-E / 8F / x5650 / GTX260

3.Procedure/Guide Used
cloverALC

Terminal Saved Output (if Terminal script run) -> attached

4.Copy of IOReg (Tools 1.1) or IOJones (Tools 1.2)
1.IOReg/File/Save a Copy As…, verify file (no ioreg.txt) -> attached

5.System/Library/Extensions/AppleHDA.kext (10.11/hidden) -> attached

6.System/Library/Extensions/AppleHDAxxx.kext (if installed) -> none

7.Console/All Messages/kernel Sound Assertions - select/Save Selection As: -> attached

8.Screen shots:
1.DPCIManager/Status (Tools 2.) -> attached
2.System Information/Hardware/Audio/Intel High Definition Audio (not Devices) -> attached
3.System Preferences/Sound/Output -> attached

10.Clover (if installed)
1.EFI/CLOVER/config.plist -> attached
2.DPCIManager/Misc/Boot Log (Tools 2.) -> attached

11.Speakers and/or microphone
1.Make and model -> Headphones (work with Samsung S7 and Macbook Air)
2.Audio port connected (color, motherboard or case) -> green
3.Selection in System Preferences/Sound/Output or Input -> internal

No known fix.

i am going to make a clean fresh install so we can start all over.
i think that will be helpful. with all the clean kext.
