Audio working as designed.
Audio ID: 2 repurposes motherboard Pink (internal microphone) to Orange (line out), use front panel Pink (line in)
Otherwise, set Audio ID: 1 for motherboard Pink (internal microphone); set config.plist/Devices/Audio/Inject/1
Thanks you for your reply . I tried to set with layout id 1 but my signal also not woking .

This is my files
Mic plugged into front panel pink shows Line In and mutes motherboard pink
If nothing plugged into front panel pink, front panel failure; unplug from motherboard
Line In selected is motherboard blue
macOS audio is working correctly, try again.

Thanks you for reply . It working when I change to back. My front panel working when I increase mic signal , but it just working a few minutes.

I have a 'no sound' issue. I installed audio driver following the instructions elsewhere, determining the codec on my Gigabyte Z370N Wifi/ i7 8700 to be ALC1220 and used Multibeast to install the driver. Success! System preferences now shows the audio I/O and detects when I put a pair of headphones in the headphone port on the Fractal Design Node 304 case. However, I get no *actual* audio. I can get audio over bluetooth using a dongle. iTunes and Spotify won't play tracks unless over bluetooth. I've checked the case HD audio connector is seated properly. Below are screenshots from IOReg. I seem to have two devices when I searched for CodecDevice, not sure if this is the cause. Also not sure if this is because Coffee Lake audio is not supported (but works over bluetooth??). Sorry, this is my first Hackintosh attempt, so I'm fumbling around a bit. Any help much appreciated.

**SOLVED** Thanks for looking but I found the solution. It's now working. Needed this: https://www.tonymacx86.com/threads/...lake-audio-onboard-and-or-hd-6x0-hdmi.221618/

I hope im doing this right. there were a couple pieces of info where i wasn't sure what was being asked for or couldn't find it.

1. Audio devices show up, volume control works, but no sound, audio files don’t play

2. OS X 10.13 High Seirra/Asus Sabertooth X79/BIOS version 3501/i7-3930K 3.2 ghz/ Nvidia GTX 660 Ti

3. http://www.tonymacx86.com/audio/143757-audio-realtek-alc-applehda-guide.html#post886744

1. MultiBeast 6.1.0/ALC892/HDAEnabler

4. audio_codecdetect.command > unfound/unsure

5. IOReg copy > attached

6. AppleHDA.kext > attached

7. AppleHDAxxx.kext > N/A

8. Sound Assertions > unfound/unsure

9. 1. DPCIManager/Status > attached
2. System Report/Audio/Intel High Definition Audio > attached
3. System Preferences/Sound/Output > attached

10. N/A?

11. 1. Extra/org.chamelion.boot.plist > attached
2. DPCIManager/Misc/bootlog > attached
3. Extra.dsdt.aml > N/A

Hi,

I'm currently 75% there with my onboard audio device. And looking for advice in where I have missed something. (preferred Device ID is registered as 7 which is unsupported with CloverALC and of course is unsupported with CloverALC).

Also please bare the following in mind. Bluetooth Audio Headset works for Mic and Headphones no matter which setting.

Am currently unable to test HDMI/MiniDP 1&2 audio from the GTX 1080 due to lack of devices where I currently am. I feel like I may have installed something incorrectly inhibiting this available option. Will I require a different route of install using appleHDA?

Realtek 899 onboard (Laptop)
Patch Panel Layout total 4 ports (Front to back)
1 - 3.5mm Line IN
2 - 3.5mm Mic IN
3 - 3.5mm Line OUT
4 - Headphones/Digital SPDIF 3.5mm I/0 (Spdif is emitting light)

Plus internal Speakers and onboard mic

Installed with Multibeast 10.4.0 and have tried the varying layout ID's from the supported list.

At the moment (ignoring the fact I have tested 1-101 options) these have been the best results so far:
-Layout 1 gives me Audio from internal speakers and headphones detected in sounds panel but no internal mic
-Layout 65 gives me Audio from internal speakers, audio from onboard mic, and no headphones detect.

Currently I'm running with layout 65 at the time of the post for the need of onboard mic today.

Any advice would be appreciated. My first Attempt at mackintosh.
