No power-off no sleep

shutdown/sleep/reboot working.

Deleted all entries in /EFI/CLOVER/kexts/10.12 and .../Other.
Still booting fine, everything works but sleep/reboot.

???

The problem is solved! May be. I remove ALXEthernet.kext and AppleIntelE1000e.kext from EFI/clover/kexts, but now do not have ethernet on MB. Shutdown/Reboot/Sleep - work!
UPD only ALXEthernet.kext does not work with Sierra.

My network card: AR8172

Problem Solved:
-Changed System Def. form iMac 14.2 to 15.1
-Installed new RealtekRTL8111 2.1.0d1 Kext from here:
https://www.tonymacx86.com/resources/realtekrtl8111.302/

Mine was Version 2.0 from Yosemite times.

My build is running now, except for Onboard Audio, which doesn't bother me because I bought a USB sound blaster device some time ago that is working fine.

I tried both realtek and atheros kexts but still no go. Atheros printed some lines during restart but restart didnt work. Both kexts disabled the internet connection I think my network card is intel (mobo is asus maximus ranger).
As atheros made some improvement on the issue, I think a new version of intelmausiethernet.kext is needed.

what do you think ?

Why do you load Atheros and Realtek kext if your network card is intel?
I'd delete these and try this one:

I did give them a try to see if anything changes, besides I was not sure my card is intel. Anyway, I changed the one with what you say and nothing changed I think I already have that version.

Changing to iMac 15,1 leaves my display (on a NVIDIA GeForce GTX 770 4095 MB) dark....and did not solve power-off on shutdown (verified via vnc).
Would be glad to get a hint (Clover settings, or kexts....)
Meanwhile Sleep/Wake-up works fine.
