No luck with i5-7600T Kaby Lake, HD630, Mojave 10.14.6

Hi there,

I am building my first hackintosh with an Intel iGPU and it's unexpectedly hard. Hardware of choice is a Gigabyte Z270N-Wifi, an Intel i-7600T (iGPU: HD 630) with Mac OS 10.14.6. This setup worked fine with a Radeon 560, but with the iGPU I get stuck during boot from the Macintosh HD. Lilu and WhateverGreen are installed in current versions, Clover is current too. The BIOS is set up accordingly.

However with the Clover config I tried all kinds of options to no avail: ( ) Inject Intel on/off, variations of IntelGFX (0x59128086?), ig-platform-id 0x5912000 and variations, iMac18,1 and combinations of those. No luck. It boots fine into the Clover boot volume selection screen, but not beyond. Sometimes the verbose boot loops, sometimes the screen just switches off. Connectors are: DVI, HDMI, HDMI. My 1920x1200 screen is connected to the DVI port. Tried the HDMI ports, no luck. In the future I don't want it to matter which port is used. I also want the option to connect a 1440p or UHD screen.

I have checked existing threads, but a lot of people there use High Sierra or Coffee Lake, which is not what I have. I have also studied the Intel Framebuffer Patching thread, but I don't understand how to apply the info given there (see below). I can use Hackintool v2.8.6 to create a patch for 0x59120000, but it requires connector, index, bud ID or pipe info that I don't have. It asks for Index: 1, 2 and 3, but I don't know for what index to chose: HDMI or DigitalDVI or Dummy. I can also see Clover Config -> Devices -> Add Properties but I don't know what to enter there.

Can anybody set me on the right path?

I more or less solved the problem by just using a different Clover SMBIOS system definition setting. I used MacBookPro 14,2 instead of an iMac or MacMini definition and immediately the system booted and the DVI port and one of the HDMI ports was usable. Only the second HDMI port never went active. Unfortunately I can not use two displays at the same time, but that's fine for the intended use. I tinkered a bit with Hackintool and the framebuffer injections but I don't know what options and flags to use there.
