RAM: 16gb ballistic ddr4

If you can't see the Gigabyte Splash screen and can't access your Bios, I would unplug and replug all the cable connections in the system, so you know one isn't loose or not fully connected.

You then need to make sure you have your bios set correctly to run macOS.

Use these settings, or those that are present in your bios. Make sure you check each sub-section in the bios as some manufacturers have a habit of hiding some features in a second or third sub-menu.
  1. Virtualization : Enabled
  2. VT-d : Disabled
  3. XHCI Hand-Off : Enabled
  4. Legacy USB Support: Auto/Enabled
  5. IO SerialPort : Disabled
  6. Network Stack : Disabled
  7. XMP Profile : Auto / Profile 1/Enabled
  8. UEFI Booting set to Enabled and set Priority over Legacy
  9. Secure Boot : Disabled
  10. Fast Boot : Disabled
  11. OS Type: Other OS
  12. Wake on LAN : Disabled
For your Intel iGPU:
  1. Integrated Graphics : Enabled
  2. Graphics: IGD/Integrated/iGPU/CPU Graphics
  3. DVMT Pre-Allocated : 128M or higher
Your monitor working as a second screen to your MBP is not relevant to your Hackintosh, other than it tells us the monitor works.
