Hi everybody, here's my situation: as you can stare in my hardware specifications under my avatar I own an Ati Radeon HD5450 and as you may have guessed right now, I'm trying to make it reproduce audio through HDMI. Under System preferences, in Sound panel I can see HDMI Digital audio but when I select it from the dropdown menu it just says something like "no output channel" (not sure right now, I'm asking from my Windows 10 setup). Anyway, even if my HDMi audio doesn't work at all, as I plug in my headsets (Astro A40, 3.5 jack) it just does its job fine. Also if I plug in my microphone and plug my headset to the microphone (Blue Yeti) input, and set output on (Blue Yeti Microphone) it works. Graphics works fine (I had to edit some property in a file that I don't remember right now). Only thing not doing is HDMi audio. Plus, even if I don't know how it could change things, I'm not using a monitor but a TV.

Thanks in advance

No native macOD HDMI audio on non native hardware.
See HDMI Audio AppleHDA/cloverHDMI
Additional work likely required
I downloaded the file and mounted EFI partition, ran the file and got this "error":
No native macOD HDMI audio on non native hardware.
See HDMI Audio AppleHDA/cloverHDMI
Additional work likely required

Hi, when I run the cloverHDMI file I get this error:

No audio codec detected
No system files were changed

What am I supposed to do to solve this?
Thank you!

PS: I'm using voodooHDA 2.8.9 to get audio to work with my headset, cause my MB has ALC1220.
