Hi.

In first place, sorry for my bad english

I just installed Sierra 10.12.4 on my Pc but I don't have HDMI audio.

My Pc:

Z87X UD3H
4670K
GTX 1070 G1 Gaming

I tried to install the HDMI audio script, Voodoo and applehda and I don't have audio, any suggestion?

Thank you very much.

PD: Im a very noob in hackintosh

Current Nvidia web driver driver does not support HDMI audio on the HDMI port; use DP to HDMI adapter until Nvidia fixes the driver.

Thank you toleda.

Just found out my LG monitor has a display port, and worked with one of the display ports on my EVGA GTX1080.

I have ALC 1150 and Optional HD 4600 HDMI Audio installed by MultiBeast, which enabled the headphone jack on front panel.

All good now.

My motherboard: Gigabyte GA-Z170N-WIFI

What to do in the case where I only have a DP option? Is there a way to make the DP sound work with gtx1070?

For me ASUS and MSI have worked painlessly. A mere kext is enough once Nvidia drivers are installed and enabled correctly.

FWIW HDMI audio does not work on my MSI 1070 card, HDMIAudio.kext does nothing useful on my config. I'm currently awaiting delivery of DP->HDMI adapter and will post results.
