No functioning USB ports GA-x79-up4

Hi everybody,
(Sorry for my horrible English....)
I have a problem and I can't solve it.....
I have a GA-X79-UP4 mb, with a i7 4930k and a gtx 770....
After lots of problem I got my El Capitan installed, but my USB3 still have problems....
I tried every kind of solution, but I'm still at the beginning.......
Overtime i enable my USB3 controller i can't boot....

but there is written AppleUSBXHC1@00000000....
Now i'm working with usb3 controller disabled and all usb2 work.
I have this EFI:
FakePCIID.kext and FakePCIID_XHCIMux.kext,
Then in Clover Configurator i Changed in ACPI EHC1 and EHC2 to EH01 and EH02.
I tried to changed XHC also, but it didn't work.
What can i try?

I have no idea what everyone is talking about.

Wich one is the script everyone is using? This feels like XDA, no explanation to anything.

Thanks for the input everyone, this is a great thread to come back to for GA-x79-UP4 users. My UP4 mobo just died so I'm going to try caratuco's method when I get a replacement, thanks for posting your steps!

Hi, you have to use the installation guide, but you've to modify a bit clover (With clover configurator....)
Try this:
"When you choose USB before hitting enter just start typing this boot flags:
-v npci=0x3000 cpus=1 -f"
Read there lots of basical terms and basinal guides:

I can't remember how i did because i don't have the pc nearby me(it was for a friends of mine).
