I currently do not own a USB flash drive that is 16gb in size. That being said, I do have MULTIPLE spare hard drives and ssds. Can it be installed on a hdd instead of the usb drive? Any workarounds for the unibeast itself?

Yes, I have done this before. It can greatly accelerate the whole process. You can also put a substantial amount of additional files you might need after the initial install.

I tried to do it too and got the same error as you. Probably UniBeast doesn't allow us to make a bootable HDD, only USB.
