MultiBeast 5.1.3 doesnt remedy this issue. sigh...

You guys should check out this thread, My network is running flawlessly now with the GA-Z77-DS3H rev1.1 Bios F8.

This DID work for me. The 1.1 D3H and DS3H boards have the new AR8161 Ethernet. Install the 1.2 version of the driver from the link on insanelymac, and it does the trick!
