No Bluetooth with Fenvi FV-T919 on Mojave

Can you advise how you got BT to work on Catalina with the Fenvi T919?

In my build, everything is working except the BT from the Fenvi T919.

It is attached to a USB header from an NZXT internal hub. Works perfectly in W10Pro.

Wi-Fi worked OOB perfectly.
BT reports as no connected Bluetooth devices.

My Setup:
OS: Catalina 10.15
Mobo: Z390 Gigabyte Designare
CPU: i9-9900k
RAM: 32GB Corsair Vengeance
GPU: Vega FE
SSD: Samsung 970
Additional PCI: Fenvi-T919

Any help or advice would be much appreciated.

The Z390 Gigabyte Designare come with Onboard Intel WIFI, right? If so, you need to disable it first. Also check USB port map. The Fenvi T919 work "like" on real Mac. No need extra kext( it may need AirportFixUp). My wifi is not Fenvi but it has the same chipset (BCM94360). It's work not perfectly at the first time i install on PC( weak BT signal), so i exchange two PIN connection between bluetooth and wifi on the broadcom chip. Bluetooth signal return stronger.
Unknown problem: Using Wifi and BT at the same 2.4 GHz will NOT recommended and i don't known why?

You can now disable onboard wifi with latest bois update F10. worth the download.

Just ran into the same issue with Fenvi T919 on Gigabyte z390 designare, wifi works OOB but no BT. After reading previous suggestions, I did following

* BIOS: turn off WIFI
* Boot into Windows, installed latest drivers for T919 (both WIFI and BT)
* Verified that I have USBInjectAll.kext

And then BT started working fine.
