Sorry for necro, but maybe it'll help someone:

Have this built:
i9 i9900KF
Gigabyte Vega RX 64
64gb ram
AORUS z390 Pro

Today got the Fenvi FV-T919,installed according to the manual.
WiFi worked out of the box but no BT.

Bluetooth: Not available

In System Report under USB tab it was visible as

Bluetooth USB Host Controller:

Product ID: 0x8290

Vendor ID: 0x05ac (Apple Inc.)

Version: 1.68

Manufacturer: Broadcom Corp.

Location ID: 0x14320000

Version: 1.68 - i'm not sure if this was the version at the begining

I installed USBinjectALL after which all of my USB3 ports stopped working. So i deleted it. And somehow USB3 + BT started working.

I have absolutely no idea how it helped, but i guess it won't hurt anyone to try.

In chronological order:
1st tried in Windows 10- works,MacOS - no BT.

2nd tried the different USB port on the motherboard (instead of front panel which was working) - worked in Windows but no BT in MacOs

3rd put it back to the USB port on the motherboard where it was. - windows OK,MacOs no BT - same as it was in the begining.

4th - installing and uninstalling USBInjectALL.kext did the trick.Everything works perfectly.

That is because it doesn't need any patching. When i installed the card and booted in the macos installer i had already wifi. Nice you got it working to :)

One of the admin sent me a diagram of the MB and indicated that the wifi card was as M2 card. So I went ahead trying to take our that troublesome card ;-) ...

It was a pain since the the screws to I/O back plate is at the other side of the MB but I was able to unhook the video card, cables, took MB out of the case. From there I took the M2 card out (only 2 screws on the back side of MB), put back the MB ,cable, VD installed the Fenvi card in about an hour.

Now bluetooth and wifi are working.

could you send me the diagram? I have the same motherboard and experiencing the same issue. Wifi works but no Bluetooth. Z390 Aorus ultra - I’m going to attempt to remove built in Bluetooth.

Yes, it's work.
Can you advise how you got BT to work on Catalina with the Fenvi T919?

In my build, everything is working except the BT from the Fenvi T919.

It is attached to a USB header from an NZXT internal hub. Works perfectly in W10Pro.

Wi-Fi worked OOB perfectly.
BT reports as no connected Bluetooth devices.

My Setup:
OS: Catalina 10.15
Mobo: Z390 Gigabyte Designare
CPU: i9-9900k
RAM: 32GB Corsair Vengeance
GPU: Vega FE
SSD: Samsung 970
Additional PCI: Fenvi-T919

Any help or advice would be much appreciated.
