No Audio-Need help

I had my system running about 2 years working without any issues till got crashed so, I had to format Hard Drive and reinstall Lion 10.7 system again(as before).
Now I have no audio. I should say that, during the last 2 years, each time after updating my system, I was getting the audio error, but I could fix it with "SR Tools" after deleting HDA file than reinstall AppleHDA.Kext, was working very well. But today after instillation this method did not work, my system and all the setups are still the same.
Can anyone help with this?

Well, duh! How you expect help with no information?

You want to follow the rules and put your hardware in your profile and/or create a sig someone might be able to help.
