No Audio Devices - Realtek ALC AppleHDA [Guide]

Problem...No onboard audio. I had HDMI audio working from Graphics Card to Monitor speakers, but then had to rearrange output to accommodate my tablet. There's no audio from any of the output ports, despite my efforts :/ I may have bludgeoned (typed) my way into a corner on this one—any help would be much appreciated

OS X El Capitan 10.11.4
Gigabyte Z170-HD3P
BIOS Version: F5
Intel Core i5-6600 6M Skylake 3.3 GHz
NVidia (EVGA) GTX 750 Ti

Perfect! Thank you!! I had Pike R. Alpha's GraphicsDevicePolicy kext fix still in my config.plist, even though I had used another fix to get my NVidia card working, and for some reason it was creating a conflict. Everything works fine now that I've deleted that <key>Comment</key> :D

I've been trying all week to get this working, have reinstalled the whole OS 3 times and just can't work it out, please help. I know it is compatible because I've seen others on this forum with the same motherboard and it's working for them. Help would be very appreciated. (I hope I've filled this out correctly, please let me know if you need more info).

1. No output devices found, no sound
2. 10.11.5 El Capitan OS X version / motherboard model: GA-Z77-UD5h / BIOS version: F14 / processor: Intel i5 3570k / graphics: Geforce GTX 770
3. I had working sound at one point, noticed it wasn't working after sleep, tried to remove AppleHDA and HDAEnabler1 to install another one, installed one from MultiBeast 6.1 (It has worked up to Yosemite for me), then experienced no audio at all.
I have also attempted to restore my AppleHDA.kext from a backup, from El Capitan installer and I have totally reinstalled El Capitan. My attempts to run ./audio_cloverALC-110_v1.0r10.command which ran initially and got my sound working on El Capitan result in an error (this didn't happen before):

I haven't come up with a solution yet, I know it's possible because I had it working on Sunday and broke it on Sunday night. I'm hoping Toleda can point me in the right direction and I'm hoping it's something stupid simple. Otherwise I will attempt a Time Machine restore and fresh install on a smaller drive before doing it on a bigger drive again.

All of the Terminal output is considerably more useful than some of the output.
Use MultiBeast or cloverALC, not both.
Audio is not working because AppleHDA.kext is still native.
Rerun MultiBeast or cloverALC.
