It has a Clover folder, but I wasn't using Clover for that installation, it's a Chameleon boot.
User error, booting El Capitan with Yosemite Clover.
From BIOS/Boot/Override/select UEFI: 250GB drive.

No support for x99 audio in the guide used, see:
Post #1, Change Log/v1.1 - 11/15/2014: x99 audio
Cannot use Clover patches with Chameleon/Chimera/MultiBeast
x99 AppleHDA, use MultiBeast (Downloads)
MultiBeast 6.5 - Select: Drivers > Audio > Realtek ALCxxx > √ ALC

  1. plus √ Optional EFI Installed Bootloader Support
  2. MultiBeast/Build/install
  3. Download/Double Click/audio_alc_x99-hda-100_patch.command.zip

Dear Mr Toleda Sorry to keep on bothering you but I have Downloaded Multibeast 6.5.1 from Downloads:Check and Installed ✓ Realtek ALC1150 ✓ Optional EFI Installed Bootloader Support

Then Downloaded from https://github.com/toleda/audio_RealtekALC audio_alc_x99-hda-100_patch.command Then I run the Command and got this message:

charliehacks-Mac-Pro:~ charliehack1$ /Users/charliehack1/Desktop/audio_alc_x99-hda-100_patch.command ; exit;
Patch binary ...
Password:
Fix permissions ...
Kernel cache...
Finished, restart required.
logout

[Process completed]

Then I repaired permissions and Rebuild Caches with Kext Wizard, restarted Computer and Still No Audio, No Audio Devices on System Preferences Sound, could you helm me please.

User error, booting El Capitan with Yosemite Clover.

I removed the hard disk, did the reinstall, it still says EFI not mounted when running ALC command that can be found in Tony's tutorial. My main board is legacy not UEFI. The EFI folder is mounted, but still doesn't contain Clover folder.

Does not matter. The EFI/CLOVER file you boot with is not the EFI/CLOVER file mounted before the script runs. The EFI/CLOVER file attached in Post #1112 is a year old.

Did not fix ALZA, See x99 audio guide.

After 3 hours trying to do what you say I realize I don't have the skills to do this procedure but Thanks anyway. Will Give up and on some better time I will try again or wait for a more practical solution.

Windows is not relevant.
IOReg/HDEF is present; no dsdt or Clover fix required for HDEF.
No audio with OS X until DPCIManager/Status shows the codec.
I made this simple test:
- Switched to 2nd bios
- Loaded optimized defaults
- Disabled vtd
- Booted to Clover then Macos
...well dpcimanager is still telling me that there's no codec.
