upgraded Sierra to 10.12.6 and since then my devices are not found
Installed both pikeralphaALC and cloverALC, incompatible.
See Realtek ALC AppleHDA/See Post #1/Uninstall Realtek ALC AppleHDA/3. pikeralphaALC, Remove L/E/AppleHDA1150.kext
Run cloverALC

Hello

So I am trying to build a second hackintosh, everything seems to work fine except my sound card.

1. There are no output or input devices in system preferences, so there is also no sound.
2. macOS Sierra 10.12.6 - GA-P35-DS3 - Bios F14 (with s771 microcode) - E5450 (modded from s771) - ATI 5770 1GB
3. I tried to install the kext sound with Multibeast under Audio > Realtek XXX > ALC885/889a
4. Attached (codecdetect.txt)
5. Attached (IOREG)
6. Attached (AppleHDA in System/Library/Extensions)
7. No AppleHDAXXXX in System/Library/Extensions
8. N/A
9. Attached (DPCIManager)
10. No script used
11. No Chameleon installed
12. Clover installed (config.plist)

Please note that is old hardware, so I'm using a legacy bootloader with the following boot parameters:
npci=0x2000 GraphicsEnabler=No
Still booting with the usb drive for the moment but clover is installed.

Thanks in advance!!

EDIT: I uploaded AppleHDA kext.

Hello Toleda!

Yes sorry, my mistake here, I were to the wrong Extensions folder :/ I updated my post.

Thanks in advance!!

Thank you so much Toleda, I used the script that you've provided, and now everything works perfect!!
Thanks again

Hi @toleda, I already wrote you in the past (page 244) regarding a problem with my sound card that I solved thanks to your support using 'audio_cloverALC-120_v1.0d.command'.
All has worked fine until the update to 10.12.5. After that, also if I use again 'audio_cloverALC-120_v1.0d.command' I have always only one device in the output sound [soundflower 2ch)]
Do you know what is changed with the update and how can I solve this problem?

Thanks!

Nothing changed in 10.12.6 audio. The only way to know what happen with your system are the problem reporting files at the time audio did not work.
